Signed observations gossiped across the ECSETI peer network. There is no central server — this page just renders what the Station you're connected to has heard from its peers. Connect a different Station and you may see a slightly different set, depending on how far each OBS has propagated.

Evidence Files
Each eti_candidate observation carries Layer 3
FileManifest hashes that point to the underlying
raw recordings. Any peer that auto-mirrors candidates will
already hold these files locally; others can fetch them on
demand from the swarm using the manifest hash. Format:

Raw IQ samples (cf64_le). 10-second capture at 2.048 MHz ≈ 305 MB.

JSON metadata: frequency, sample rate, timestamp, detection parameters.

Sigproc FilterBank waterfall (~51 seconds). Directly compatible with turboSETI.
.sqlite
Per-detection summary-db sidecar. Enough provenance to recover the observation with just sqlite3, even after the rest of ECSETI is gone.
